Would be a very big gain for the Raiders , and I hope for MB's sake this is indeed the case .

Well I'm please for his sake only that he didn't screw up his final chance to play NFL FB. I hope that he learns from this that folks really want to see him screw up so that they can have some negative or bad news to write about him. He best be very careful with every step that he takes until his ball has turned a lighter shade other than black!!!

An article full of conjecture that puts an athlete in an unfavorable light. The writer is proved wrong, but the athlete remains under suspicion. Why is the writer not subject to punitive action? His words risk the athlete's career. At some point, it's time for the media to be held accountable...if it's untrue, there's a price to pay. As long as articles are 'shrugged' off, this crap will continue.
Please, don't justify the original claim as the bed MB made for himself. We all get that, but it doesn't mean the media gets 'open season' on him. He served his sentence...let him live on. If he slips up, so be it.
