Chant on Saturday

Didn't go to the game but was just curious of rumors I heard this morning of student section chanting "FU Dabo" or something for like 10 minutes Saturday. Anyone confirm this and what they were chanting?

Shouldn't be shocked....classless.

Its true. My sister who is a student at USC was in the student section when it started and said it really P'd her off. She was also upset about all the middle fingers and trash throwing. Said it happens almost every game and she's tired of going to games because of how everyone around her acts. Thankfully she's not full coot

I would rather my sister be a prostitute than a game #### fan. Do something to save her before she throws her life a way. Consider an intervention.

I heard the chant from the opposite end zone, upper deck, but it was more like 30 seconds. Very loud and extremely trashy, tho.

i'd like to see if it is on TV.

Can't be too critical if our own students substitute the "Muther-f....ing" word for the woo hoo in our own cheer. Both need to go. No need to be obscene if we are trying to maintain some class!

I was there and can confirm that it happened with about 4 minutes on the clock, when we elected to kick a field goal instead of go for it on 4th down. To be fair all the Carolina fans around me hung their heads in shame at this. The fans nearby were surprisingly classy and even shook my hand after the game. It was a much better experience than I was expecting.

The students on the other hand were completely juvenile and classless. I must have seen 30+ arrested from throwing trash and fighting each other.

The picture of DW diving into the end zone speaks volumes about the ones with the profane chants. You can see one part of the student section behind him. Most had their eyes fixed on the Jumbo Tron instead of witnessing the greatness unfold before their very eyes.
