Chances Dabo could get wakes OC to clemson

I understand your frustration this year after 10 really great years but we may tend to forget that recruit’s, current players and maybe even some of the Coach’s read a lot of our comments. IMO anything negative can only hurt the culture Dabo has worked so hard to build and it may even have a negative affect on recruiting.

I get frustrated too with this season, but then I look back at what these same Coaches have accomplished on the past. The biggest 2 more NC’s in the last 6 years. Did you ever think that would be possible??

I wish the best for Tony Elliot. But I would like to see him leave on his terms when he feels it’s the right time to leave. I would hate to see him leave because of fan pressure. If you have never met him or Brandon Streeter, I can tell from meeting him and Coach Streeter they are 2 very good men and really good coaches. Coaches that have contributed to a lot of success while at Clemson.

Right now the coaches and the team need our support so recruit’s and players see we don’t bail on our team during times of adversity.

I am sorry I don’t think you opinion of Tony Elliot is the main reason Clemson’s offense is struggling. But I don’t think there is anything I can say to convince you to agree with my position. That’s ok we can agree to disagree.

I just don’t think one off year is enough to say TE is not a really good OC or a really good coach. Tony is not dropping passes, or running the wrong routes, missing blocks, missing FG’s, fumbling the ball or failing to execute. But I believe the player’s feel the pressure from the fans and are making mistakes because they are trying to play beyond their ability. Play with in yourself and I think you will be more successful.

IMO we are not as talented as we have been in the past. And every great coach rides the back of his talent. The reason Clemson has been able to run off a decade of Elite success is because of better recruiting, better talent and better facilities.

IMO we need a blue collar player like Adam Humphries or Hunter Renfrow that leads by example and let’s his work ethic rub off on others. We need an AH or HR to put on #13 then step up to inspire others play.
