And even that's a stretch.
Heck, I used to walk through construction sites all the time as a kid. Usually picking up nails, or hauling off scrap wood for a treehouse. Guess I would have been shot on site.

My son and I have been doing it all quarantine. Seen some cool layouts and even found a Fran Lloyd Wright type that is being built in a swamp.
This is murder 1. They followed him, unprovoked, loaded a gun and shot the kid. I dont care if he stole a 10k chandelier, he didnt deserve to die.

I know very little about this case, but my gut tells me it's less about racism, and more about a former cop, full of whatever sense of being in control/bossing people around, being able to put someone in their place.
Like a 1000X more extreme case of my old neighbor getting all in my face for some minor neighborhood pool infraction.
These folks are almost always cops or coaches, puffed out chest, some sort of Mark McGwire-type oakleys and a "big boy voice". ####### I hate people like that.
Similar to people who brag about wanting someone to break into their car so they can shoot them.
That shiit is disgusting.
