The ball was definitely coming out before his knee hit the ground. The ball rolled into the the end zone. The NC State player then unintentionally batted the ball out of bounds in the the end zone. Touchback.

May have gotten away with one there for sure. However, not sure it was indisputable that the ball was coming out before the knee was down.

His knee was down at the 1 yard line and the ball was at the 2 foot line when his knee was down. The ball then came out after he crossed the goal line.
