So, I won't pull up all your posts on Lisa Cook unless you really, really want me to make you look bad, but here's the skinny:

You were wrong. In Lisa Cook's loan estimate, she listed the condo as a "vacation home," thus destroying Trump's accusations against her that YOU blindly believed because "derp Trump said it!"

This is about as textbook of a case of you blindly believing this admin and looking stupid doing so. And since you wanted me to start a new thread on it, well, time for you to come clean.

She gets to keep her job. The Trump admin gets owned.

In the past I've seen plenty of mortgages where people start out saying second home or investment property (which is reflected on the initial estimate) but once they find out the rate and down payments will be higher with those designations they suddenly start doing a song and dance about how they've changed their minds and they are gonna use it as a primary.

Its ultimately up to the lender to attempt to determine the truth and decide if it can proceed as a primary based on the information provided. Only thing that matters, with regard to fraud, is what the final closing loan documents say with regards to residency.

Not saying she's guilty or innocent only that an initial estimate doesn't mean anything either way.
