What was done is definitely the playful Christian Wilkins way. He acts out playfully in one way to deflect other situations that may have him down in the dumps......in this case that difficulty of getting that foot fully healed....when he really wants to play.
However some men's tolerance for actions like what Wilkins did are indeed wired differently. Some dudes don't play that stuff ..especially if they have their own speculations and suspicions about that person that did the unwanted act.

But at a certain point, he needs to learn you just need to keep your hands (out of people's booty holes), and lips off others (heads.....oh wait).
Hopefully this is the last we hear of this, his foot heals up and he finds a home where he can play again.

Yeah, there's more to it than is being said. Cutting up and kissing someone on the head can build comradery so that's a nothing burger imo.
Now, if he wasn't following rehab protocol, that's cause for concern. But imo, sounds like it just wasn't a good culture fit. Maybe ends up in Atlanta or Charlotte.

That dude may some personal guilt of having those thoughts himself. There was a guy in my 10th grade class who would get fighting mad about being touched playfully, and about 5 or 6 later I heard some guys saying that the dude was gayyy!!!

Players often go to rot with the Raiders, so better off moving on. They probably wanted to free up that guaranteed money and felt his "unprofessional" behavior was an easy target in today's workplace environments.

They paid him a princely sum filled with guaranteed money. Player gets hurt and they look for any and all paths to getting out of paying him said princely sums. Happens repeatedly in pro sports. Just follow the money and you’ll find your answer. This will end up in arbitration and there will be a settlement.
