to keep his HC job. I guess it's the official Clemson University position to continue our mostly-mediocre basketball program instead of doing what it takes to make real lasting improvement.

I've been following Clemson basketball since the mid-60s. Am now 67. Am losing any realistic hope that I'll ever see a real improvement in our program during my lifetime.

Seriously, a slacker employee who always does just enough to not get fired. I have one once who literally I told if he was one second late again, I would fire him. He would stand by the time clock and wait until there was one second to start work, and he clock in. Then, one day he, he fumbled with his badge and was one second late, and I fired him on the spot immediately. This is Brad, never inspiring. never doing anything extraordinary, just sucking up millions of dollars and barely staying employed.
