Give them the next few games to see if any improvements can be made. If not go all in on restructuring the entire defensive staff, let Riley hire his own guys, and pony up for the best portal QB and players money can possibly buy.
This is the most logical decision at this point in the season.

And at this point, I might even trust Reed with our defensive playcalling more than Allen.
It's worth a shot. Anything is better than nothing at this point. This is the worst I've ever seen a Clemson defense in my entire lifetime.

I don’t think we need bandaids on bullet holes. Get through this last 4 games and put together a thoughtful, methodical plan in the offseason to rebuild this program and try and get back on track over the next couple of seasons.
There are no quick fixes here. It is going to take some time and patience.
