but asked the other day for a McRib and ate the #### out of that thing. Pretty sure Mom got him one for a few consecutive days.
Eating better now, still very little strength. Side note, watching a 69 (nice) year old man look like he is cripple and in his late 80's when he was on a tractor and in a garden just a year ago is really hard. Take care of yourselves, guys. Eat right, exercise, drink brown liquor, and DON'T SMOKE CIGS.

and that seems like the most reasonable. I switched to brown liquor about a month ago. Haven't had a beer in a while.
Half Gallon of Buffalo Trace makes a GREAT breakfast and lunch replacement meal.

several years back with the missus. I stopped at every truckstop, hotel, rest area, McDonald's (where thankfully I had the self control not to order another one), vacant lot, retirement home, preschool, stranger's home, and Zaxby's on the way back to squirt out all that "Barbecue" goodness.
That ride is forever memorialized in our household as "robertn's shidting across the Carolina's tour"
