if i want something spicy cooled down, i am going with poverty ranch all day every day.
--i am convinced that wild wings uses a half and half ranch/blue cheese mix to serve along side of the wings so that people can't bish if they bring the wrong one.

What the #### is that all about. Bacon Blu Cheese burger is the #### most places. If one needs their wings cooled down, they need to eat something else so wings will stop costing so much.

i grilled my own the other day. got a nice price for a dozen at harris teeter
used a dry rub for BBQ on 6 and some ranch powder and olive oil on the other 6
turned out nicely

Authentic Roquefort is goat cheese fermented in a limestone cave in Roquefort, France. I do not think Clemson Blue Cheese is made from goat's milk though it is product of a cave.
