They both face a ceiling. First of all I think they are BOTH quality coaches. Call it what you may but Carolina fb and Clemson bb have a ceiling and consistency that will never be exceeded NO MATTER WHO the coaches are. It's just a fact of life. Carolina will NEVER win a fb SEC championship. CU will NEVER win an ACC tournament championship. Some things in life will NEVER change. So hire and fire as long as you like but those things will never change.
