UNC, Miami, Syracuse, & UVA to Big 10~~~~ NC State and Va Tech to Big 12——- and FSU and Clemson to SEC —— all at one time. ND would take Syracuse spot if they wanted it

That would delight me but ND is not joing a conference.

Their TV revenue is about as good as it gets. If they make the PO and make it past the first round their payoff will be more that several years of playing in a conference. It's simple economics.
