Best solution at this time is to bring back the veteran

Experienced Chad Morris to run the offense. Give him total control and allow him to change what offensive coaches we have if needed. Go heavy in the portal and get the players Allen needs to run his defensive scheme. It’s hard to get rid of Allen after 1 year. Need also 2 offensive lineman, 1 senior scat back running back for offense. Dabo needs to cut the fat out of his coaching staff as they are getting in each others way. Neff needs to cut the fat out of the athletic program. I’m
78 and have peaked out as a fan. I’m worn out and have been a part of several rebuilds. I can’t go thru another one. Besides, it’s getting hard to afford a hot dog and coke over there any more. I’m used to the players playing their butts off for the pride of winning and for Clemson. It’s hard to look out there and see some of these jokers making more than I did in a lifetime in one year and on cruise control waiting on the draft to get more money. You know their names. They are apart of these lack of effort team.

Let me add. Allen should be given full authority to change what ever defensive coaches needed. The entire coaching staff should be shaken up as many have been over there too long making too much money from the recruiting and development standpoint.

Why do you keep re-posting the same bad idea over and over again?

assembled at this point. The entire not allowing Allen to bring his coaches has been a disaster. Dabo has to micromanage everything

If Morris is the best we can do then we are screwed.

You waited less than a minute for a guy to respond?

It's not anyone here's responsibility to identify the next OC. You have a hammer and nail issue and think Chad Morris is the only solution, because that's all you know. However, if you look at his actual performance and career trajectory, it is quite obvious that he's no longer a hot commodity as a P4 OC.

Keep waiting. It’s not my job to find someone better, but it’s obvious from his last stent here he is not the one.

why hasn’t he gotten an OC role in any of the last 4 years? Hes a WR coach at Texas State right now for petes sake.

Chad was one of the early adopters of the HUNH offense before defenses had an answer for it, I think that was the reason for his success more than him being some sort of offensive genius
