These coot fans think it's selfish of Clemson to get too many good players. They need him, we don't hahaha. You can't make this stuff up.

Coots have only themselves to blame, not us.

We need him, and if we didn't we'd take him anyway.

Nov 19, 2015, 2:35 PM

Keeps him from making the mistake of becoming a coot. We'd do it as a favor to him and his family.

Jade Johnson is the next man up at strong safety after Jayron leaves. Van smith will back him up and Tanner Muse could possibly be the third string strong safety. I could see Tanner there or playing Sam linebacker behind O'Daniel. But the best fit for Edwards is at free safety.

Here are some guys that might disagree:

Sammy Watkins
Deandre Hopkins
Martavis Bryant
Jaron Brown
Adam Humphries
Dwayne Allen

if you play wide receiver at Clemson you play in the nfl.

If only we were a team that had 9 players averaging 1 reception a game.

The kid volunteered to play DB instead of WR ....

Nov 19, 2015, 3:18 PM

so Clemson would take him.

The kid is a life-long Clemson fan, his sister is currently a Clemson student, and his father is a former player at Clemson.

The bottom line is, he'd rather switch positions so he can play at Clemson than stay at WR and play at the University of Second Choice.

His athleticism would make him a monster safety. Technique will need quite a bit of work but that's to be expected.
