One thing I think Charlie would say that I've not heard from others

Not saying others haven't said it, but I haven't heard it:
Pray for the shooter and that he will come to know Jesus. Pray for his family who has essentially also lost a son and a brother. Pray for his partner, that they will find Jesus and peace in how God made them. Pray for those who are celebrating this that their hearts will be softened and they will come to know Jesus.
I've heard many supporters of Charlie calling for the death penalty, and legally, it's appropriate. But from what I know and have heard about Charlie Kirk, he would be concerned more about the shooter's spiritual fate than his physical fate.
So for those who are followers of Christ, regardless of your fervor or lack thereof for Charlie Kirk, we should be praying for this young man and his family, just as much as we're praying for the Kirk family. It's not the logical thing to do. It's not necessarily a pleasant thing to do. But it's the Christian thing to do ("forgive them Father, for they know not what they do" - remember that one?).
That is all.

First off all they don't really believe. They just say they do "just in case". They want retribution and they don't care if person burns in hell anyway. They would prefer that. As far teh family kf the killer, they don't really care. It's about Charlie Kirk and his family.

Are you sure about that?

First, how would you know what he would say? Second, let's go to the tape:
"I believe in a small but strong government and, for the record, I believe that someone who took a life should have their life taken."
"Death penalties should be public, should be quick. It should be televised."
Both are quotes from him in interviews.
I'm not sure your assessment of what he would say is correct. Sure, perhaps he would pray for the man. But it seems his focus would be more on the punishment.
Pray for the shooter and that he will come to know Jesus.
If he does, is he going to heaven?

Nope, I don't know for sure, but I think it's a fair guess, but it's totally speculation.
Second, I didn't say he would oppose the death penalty - just that he would be more concerned with the person's spiritual life than his physical life. One's a legal question. One's a spiritual question. All depends upon the context of the conversation.
And yes, if he confesses his sins and repents, he will go to Heaven. That's in the Bible (1 John 1:9). Seems unfair in this situation, but this kid is also facing a pretty significant physical consequence and will continue to, no matter the penalty handed down, so he's not getting off without consequence. If he does accept Christ, he'll be forgiven, but he'll also have to live with a lifetime (however long/short that is) of guilt and conviction over what he did that can never be undone.

####. Seems like a pretty convenient deal. He can murder someone in front of millions of viewers and repent and get into paradise.
What's gonna happen to me since I'm not on that train but I'm not going to murder anyone?

I've never understood how repenting for whatever you've done somehow washes it all away and you get a ticket to heaven anyway. Makes no sense at all.

I always LOL at the one that claims you can only get to heaven through Christ, UNLESS you live in Israel. If you're a resident of that place, you can give Christ the middle finger, label him a fraud, and still receive salvation. 😆

Slaughter a guy in front of his family and followers and repent, and you're all good!
Tough #### for that teenager mauled by a lion in Kenya, though.

How do we know that Kirk actually confessed his sins?

I would think almost everyone would have a rather jaundiced idea of whether or not their words and/or actions were sinful.

I guess I’m the T-net preacher today. Ha!
Ok, so first off, when Jesus was crucified, one of the thieves on the cross recognized Jesus as Lord and Jesus said “today you will be with me in paradise.” An entire life lived in crime (we assume – definitely one significant moment, anyway!) and he has eternal life with Jesus.
How is that fair? Nobody ever said it was fair. Nothing in the Bible (or life, for that matter) is about fair.
But breaking this down from eternal (which doesn’t seem to matter as much to you) down to here on earth, let me try a metaphor. And it’s just a metaphor to illustrate a point. Let’s say that when I was 16 I got a letter/Email that said I was a member of the British Royal Family and I was entitled to all of the benefits it offers – a cool title, housing stipend, an audience with the king whenever I want, documented membership in the royal family, access to all of the royal family’s resources and assets. If I take that offer up when I’m 16, I’m going to have access to all of that for all of my life. I’ll still have my troubles, difficulties, etc, and it doesn’t guarantee me perfect health or a perfect life, but I’ll have access to everything that comprises being a member of the Royal Family. If I dismiss it as a joke, or am not interested for whatever reason, but change my mind when I’m 75, I’ll still have access to all of those benefits, but only for a few more years, as opposed to 16 year old me. Seventy-five year old me will have missed out on a lot of opportunities and benefits, but hey – I got to live the life I wanted.
The big difference is Christianity isn’t as much about the here and now as it is about the there and then – eternity. Becoming a Christian at 16 doesn’t mean I’m going to have a charmed life, but it means I’ll have access to everything God has to offer. Same thing for 75 year old me – I just won’t have the access as long. But either way, there’s eternity with God.
Believe what you want – that’s your right. But I’ll just ask what I heard Charlie ask admitted atheists: “Do you ever wish/hope that you’re wrong?”

Do you really want to be right knowing that all those people are going to burn for eternity?

I do not care about being right, the Lord is the one that will make that decision

So my previous reply to you was a bit facetious because, well, hell isn't a real place.
Nope. It's not. Made up by the Catholic Church long after the Bible was written.
Now, I actually believe in an afterlife or something out there, or at least an existence beyond this plane that rewards people for a good life.
The massive problem with the example and idea you present that Christianity can't ever have a good answer for is what happens to those people who never know Christianity and die in another part of the world. I don't think your analogy addresses that.
Now I don't know what happens in the end, but I feel like I can wager pretty well that random 16 year old who live a good life and is eaten by a lion in Kenya has a far better shot at a heaven than Charlie Kirk's murderer.
But I’ll just ask what I heard Charlie ask admitted atheists: “Do you ever wish/hope that you’re wrong?”
I'm agnostic, but not sure what I wish I would be wrong about. Wrong that there's no hell and that I'll burn there forever if I don't subscribe to your beliefs? Nah, I'm good.
I hope I'm right. There's something else out there, and just being a good person gets you there. And that doesn't mean I'm guaranteed... but I'm trying. I sure as hell ain't gonna assassinate someone beforehand.
