Brad Brownell needs to do two things to be successful this year (1) quit allowing 3 pt shots except in rare circumstances (2) work on PASSING the ball WITHOUT turning it over. No way we can win unless these two changes materialize
The results of 3 point effort thus far are very disappointing. 2 for 14 yesterday at home and 29% in all games thus far. This won't cut it in the ACC. JB - .095, Roper - .188 and Ajukwa - .25.
Hall is actually shooting the lights out from behind the arc, 54%. No one else is really a threat so far and other teams know it. Unfortunately, for an ACC point guard, Hall is also averaging about 3 or 4 assists per game to go with about 3 or 4 TO's per game. In other words, the shooting guard and the point guard is the same person, which rarely works in offenses like Brownell's, unless his last name is Zatezalo, Wise or Roche.
