Away game distribution?

When do we find out if our away game requests have been fulfilled? I’ve requested tickets to the Syracuse game.

I emailed the clemson athletic ticket office asking the same thing. They straight up told me I had the game (Pittsburgh) and number that I originally requested but that's it. I then sent a follow up email asking about distribution and they said it depends on how each school distributes their tickets and don't have any more information. Take it for what it's worth...
