Realistic expectations for Bakich in year one? For me I think it's at least contending for a regional win.

being competitive, if not winning it and going on to the Supers. With the talent we have on hand, that is not an unrealistic expectation.

Win half to three quarters of the three game series on the schedule and win 90% to 95% of the mid week games.

Honestly, for me it is the team approach more than the record. I want to see guys moving runners around instead of swinging for the fences. Throw trackman out and make contact.

The coach and the team have been saying all the right things. If I see it in action, I will be satisfied.
