If I read the new seat equity policy correctly, does that mean that if a new person joins IPTAY and donates $25,000.00, he/she can take seats away from a Heisman donor that's been in IPTAY for 30 years?

As long as you continue to give at the level required by your seat location, no one is going to take your seats ....... supposedly!

No. You do not bump anyone out of their seats. The folks in a particular seat have squatters rights on that location as long as they maintain the seat equity value for their seat.
