Sounds like he had it rough with Covid. Says he had trouble breathing off and on for 5 months. Glad he is better and really hope there are no long term consequences for his health.

Similar to my wife’s experience

She’s quite fit and a runner and in great overall health but still was having difficulty breathing and heart racing symptoms a couple months out

I hate that happened to your wife but thank you for sharing. I think a lot of people only focus on mortality rate when there are plenty other things to worry about. I have two friends under the age of 30 that have great trouble walking up stairs now after battles with COVID in April

Ha, my wife is just the opposite, NOT the picture of health. However, when she got Covid she had 1 day of fever, about 3 days with shortness of breath and about 2 weeks of no smell or taste. She said the flu was waaay worse than her case. It really makes no sense the way it varies from person to person.

what worries me is we have no long trm data on this stuff. What about years down the road. And why does it impact some so severely and some hardly at all.
