($1 to Ace and TJ for a the topic)
What song do you crank up every time you listen to it? In fact, you don't know any other way to listen that song.
For me, it's most things with bass...for example, "Yeah" by Usher and Lil Jon

came to mind first for no apparent reason.
There's about a thousand others. My volume stays pegged pretty much when I'm driving.
Now --- the one I'm a bit embarrassed to admit: "Still of the Night" by Whitesnake.
I got a free 1-year Sirius subscription with my new vehicle and I'm enjoying "Hair Nation" a bit too much (though Sirius has some really crappy Lo-Fi quality)

Their stuff changed for me when Isbell left. Nothing has ever topped "Southern Rock Opera" and the stuff before that for me.
Shame.

If you still don't like them, then you will not like them at all. Really, SRO is their magnum opus.

except the Fine Print (oddities and rarities) that had the Tom Petty, Warren Zevon, Dylan, etc covers. That was great.
"Alabama AssWhuppin" is my favorite, because that was the first time I ever saw them live, during that era.

Love screaming out the last lines:
One last thing before I quit! I never wanted any more than I could fit into my head! I still remember every single word you said, And all the #### that somehow came along with it! Still, there's one thing that comforts me Since I was always caged and now I'm free

I am VERY serious. I a HUGE fan of Southern Gospel but don't listen to it enough. I do pick up WCON 99.3 out of Georgia in the early evenings.
Gold City always have some of the best singers and musicians out there. Some other groups I struggle with listening to them musically but the message is great (i.e. the McKameys).

I told Bill that if they move my desk one more time, then, then I'm, I'm quitting, I'm going to quit. And, and I told Don too, because they've moved my desk four times already this year, and I used to be over by the window, and I could see the squirrels, and they were married, but then, they switched from the Swingline to the Boston stapler, but I kept my Swingline stapler because it didn't bind up as much, and I kept the staples for the Swingline stapler and it's not okay because if they take my stapler then I'll set the building on fire...
