Arkansas?!? I cannot remember if he actually went to Fayetteville or not but many were convinced he was gone. He got a healthy contract renegotiation out if that if I remember correctly. All this waiting on updates brought those memories back.

You had to be an idiot to be afraid of losing Tommy Bowden. What his agent did with that and getting an extension the year before he got fired was very well played. Tommy should have been dismissed after the 2004 season and anything beyond that was IPTAY’s willingness to be just above average.
