Anyone else remember recruiting QB Kellen Mond?

Looks like he's dropping his commitment to Baylor and switching to Auburn.

He's a 4 star Dual Threat QB for 2017, and currently commited to Baylor. But the dismissal of Art Briles, along with the state of Baylor's program currently, will more than likely change his commitment.

All signs point to Auburn now, however He was always very high on Chad Morris and Clemson, and Chad recruited him very hard. I know with Hunter and Chase already on board with Clemson, Clemson won't try to reconnect with Mond, however this is a golden opportunity for Chad at SMU. Chad has stayed recruiting him very heavily despite his commitment to Baylor, and getting him on board along with Quinn the WR transfer from LSU could really jumpstart his program at SMU.

Probably a better situation for him re: playing time at Auburn. Have you seen the list of QB commits we have currently lined up? Not to mention the guys we already have on campus..

That would lead to an NCAA violation for SMU and rightfully so. I could see him ending up at SMU if things don't work out at Allbarn.
