1. Boyd is 220 with a washboard 2. Receivers are bigger than the RB only ripped! 3. Tig Willard is a freakin beast!

A few things:
1) Brooks is still a bit light - 189...could put on 12-15 more pounds 2) Dabo's not happy with Region 3) Shatley's a bit fluffy, but he's the strongest guy on the team so it's cool 4) Nuke has put on about 10 pounds of good weight...he's a beast 5) Brandon Ford is at a good weight of 242. Ideally, you could get him up to the 247 range 6) Stephone Anthony is prototypical size for a MLB. He may have to slim down if he has to move over to WILL next year when Steward comes back (I think Steward is built a little more like a MLB...and that Anthony is so athletic in coverage that WILL is a great spot for him)

Yeah, I was suprised with Boyd.

He was heavier than I would have liked, but it seemed to be mostly muscle. He's definitely a threat for a short yardage run.

220 is perfect if he can stay there all season.
I swear he looked like we was in the 235-240 range near the end of last season.

heavier than you thought? He's practically back to the same size he was when we recruited him but with added muscle....

33 pounds isn't that much in a year and a half for a guy that big. Look at Dabo's reaction when they say his weight. Not a happy camper.

LOL, I get your joke, but 8.5% is not a huge weight loss. He should be down around 335. Mistyped at 6.5%. 8.5% is not the goal, I'm sure.

didn't say that, but he's still going in the right direction. Gotta remember he's a RS Frosh. He made a mistake and blew up during recruitment and there after, but if he keeps working he can be starter for 2 or 3 seasons....

I doubt his problem is not working hard enough. Somebody better keep an eye on what he's eating, though. That dude needs to be on a low-carb diet. He's gonna have to drop another 25 lbs before he'll be ready to crack the top 5.

Yeah, that's what I meant. They need to put a spy on him to keep him honest.

I saw him all the time in harcombe these past two semesters. He would consistently be eating plate after plate of pizza, hamburgers, and hotdogs, and would end up with a minimum of 6 or 7 plates. Now I understand that big guys eat a lot of food, but it kind of made me mad a little. He is on scholarship to play football, but it didn't seem to me like he was trying to eat right.
That being said, I talked to him multiple times, and he was a very nice guy so no disrespect. It just frustrated me.

at the new training table is NOT how we are going to get guys like Region to shed weight. Didn't we just hire a nutritionist in the S&C program??
