Another draft year and another chance the Panthers missed

I'm sorry to say I live in High Point, NC and another year I can't pull for the Panthers. When you can't select a player from Clemson, I can't pull or support you. They selected a linebacker from Oregon and missed out on getting Simpson. Wish them the worst of luck again. Hope Simpson remembers this when he meets them on the field. Go Tigers.

they pick the best players, not the hometown favs, to do

otherwise would be malfeasance. Some people have trouble understanding that concept. And people differ on who the best player is for a team, happens all the time, constantly.

28 years, 28 drafts, and they've NEVER selected a CU player.

That's not a coincidence. It's intentional.

Ridiculous reasoning. Talk about easily offended. This takes the cake.

Carolina is the only NFL team to not draft a Clemson player. I'll take my cake. Wish them the worst of luck.

At this point, it's not just happenstance.***

This is idiotic. Why do we care that the Panthers haven’t picked a Clemson player? I’ll root for the Panthers regardless what college their players went to.

The Panthers needed an Edge guy in a 3-4 defense. The guy from Oregon is like 270 lbs and will he used like a DE in a 4-3…. Drafting 230 lbs Simpson to play that position would not be good for either party

Yet another reason to not pull for the Panthers. Not sure why they never draft a Clemson player. Seems deliberate. Their loss.

Go Jaquars!
