We have a list. Some of them are things we neglected bc of insufficient funding.
I could probably spend a year or two's worth of mortgage payments on sort of necessary home improvements.
Good news, I didn't have to sell my mini boat #1 to pay it off. So now I have 100% equity and TWO mini boats!
