If they do not improve, NIT will be a stretch. We were lucky to pull that game out tonight against WFU. they started three sophs and two frosh against us. Their recruiting class is rated ahead of ours and most other ACC teams. They will be a force to be reckoned with for rest of this year and in the future. And we turned it over too much tonight and couldn't find a way to get the ball inside to Booker for most of the game.

But... who is ruling out the NIT no matter what the FT shooting is like?

We have a good bit of work to be done in the ACC before anyone should think a tourney bid is coming.

I've never seen such lack of effort on defense with guys just watching pg's taking layups/slams straight to the hoop from the top of the key. I know they mentally think they'll get called for the foul but somebody needs to put a body in the paint.
