Does anyone work for a company that doesn't use E-verify?

May 16, 2023, 8:12 AM

Everywhere I worked (even when I turned wrenches) submitted to E-verify. My in-laws had a landscaping company that was only 4-5 employees and they submitted to E-verify. I thought everyone had to do it?

I see now that truckers are calling for a boycott of FL because they made a law that said businesses over 25 people need to submit to E-verify.

I guess my question is who isn't already submitting to E-verify?

People attempting to circumvent the law in order to gain a competitive advantage by hiring illegals and paying them below market wages.

Saying they agree to be submitted to E-verify. HR then does everything.

We have to since we do state and federal work.
