UF lost 2 home games last year because of LSU's unwillingness to work with them around the hurricane.

And I'd say karma has gotten LSU for that. They ended up losing the game to UF on a goalline stand at the 1. Got beat by about 40 in basketball. 1-4 against UF in baseball including getting swept in the national championship series.

Moral of the story, if one of your conference mates is put in a bind because of a natural disaster...DON'T BE LSU.

Yeah you're totally right... It was such an awful natural disaster that nobody played football that day in Florida... If you don't count that fact that NO OTHER Games were canceled accept this one. That was all on Florida.

Hurricane Matthew disrupting the LSU game.

Florida is notorious for cupcake OOC schedules though. I don't think they've left the state of FL to play an OOC game since Cuse back in the early 90s or something ridiculous like that. Playing Michigan in Arlington is a major step up for them.

Looks to me like smart scheduling for Bama. If Bama played absolutely no one but but high school teams for their out of conference games, they would be in the SEC championship if they were undefeated. They would probably be there if they lost 1. Why? They are Bama. Why would they want to play a schedule any tougher than it has to be? They are opening with the Criminoles. It would suit me if we played no one but roll over teams for our non ACC games. We already have one flunkie on our schedule every year(coots), we could add a few more.
