Biased against DJ

This is nothing new to any Clemson fan, but the media tends to be biased against Clemson and our players. Here's Bleacher Report advancing a false narrative the (undefeated) DJU is worse than the (1-loss) QB at Oklahoma State:
https://bleacherreport.com/articles/10052653-brs-2022-heisman-trophy-rankings-the-chase-has-arrived
Of note:
"Tier 3: DJ Uiagalelei, QB, Clemson: Uiagalelei's season of redemption continued in Week 7. While the Tigers landed a nice victory at Florida State, he totaled 229 yards and four touchdowns. So far, Uiagalelei has 2,002 offensive yards and 21 total scores to two interceptions. Clemson hosts No. 14 Syracuse in a vital ACC showdown this weekend."
"Tier 2:Spencer Sanders, QB, Oklahoma State: As a general guideline, one negative result should not ruin a player's candidacy. Falling at TCU hurt Sanders, for sure. Still, he contributed 313 yards and three touchdowns in the double-overtime loss. Sanders has 1,948 yards and has accounted for 21 scores this year."
Here's the difference between these 2: DJU has more total yards, fewer INTs (his 2 to Sanders' 3) and is undefeated. How does anyone with a brain on the B/R staff not point this out before they publish it? The disrespect will continue until we run the table.

Bleacher Report has to write something everyday

So they start with a premise. In this case it's "I'm going to rank the QB's... I haven't done this for a while and I can't think of anything else". They then spend 500 words trying to convince themselves this is true.
The next day they have to write another 500 words until the weekend and the next round of football games. You can thank the internet for all this worthless crap...

DJ is managing the game well...he can do that well enough, with a great defense to go to the prom...he never be a top rated qb!

DJ is still being talked about. Didn’t realize the year Bo Nix is having? Good for him.

This is why I don't read news articles and choose to watch football being played and not written about.

Well...Bryce Young has a loss. JJ McCarthy, DJU, Max Duggan, Dorian Thompson-Robinson, and Garrett Shrader do not. Is Bryce behind all of them now?
You can't consider team record when analyzing an individual.

DJ has better stats and has looked better against much stiffer competition thus far than any QB they have in Tier 2 category. I would not put him above any of the QBs they have in Tier 1.

DJ has improved. He has been great so far this year. Only 2 interceptions is huge. But only throwing for 215 yds every game outside of wake forest isn’t going to win you the heisman. You going to have to have 250-300.

and he's from the chicago area so.. most big10 and big 12 country kids aren't going to do much research on Clemson. they're just reading old headlines for their opinions. Same with writers on the pac coast. It would be if you had to write an article about oregon state.. i woudl probably jsut go off of my knowledge of Gary Payton. Thats about all i know about them.
