"Stupid", in this case, is the best Mr. Swofford could be labeled in my opinion. Stupid makes me want to put him on a train going out of town. Corrupt makes me want to tie him to the rails.

If the conference commissioner has an agenda to protect a single member institution, especially at the expense of other institutions, he is corrupt.
If the conference commissioner seeks to protect basketball AT THE EXPENSE of the football product, he's stupid.

You can't deny he was protecting his son's job! That is corrupt when it costs the league of which he is commissioner and to which he is supposed to look out for its best interest. Making less money does not seem to be in the best interest of the ACC. (?????)

of our folks to wake up to what's been a continuing theme of cronyism under Swofford's "leadership".....either he's fired AND we re-negotiate 3rd tier rights or we leave. For Swofford to "save" Raycom by giving them--er, his son--a sweetheart deal at the expense of our university is a crime.

Swofford is more interested in saving his son's job than what happens to the ACC. Some commissioner, huh? Personal gain is all he's interested in. He looks at what the ACC can do for him and his family and barges ahead, no matter what the results for the conference. What kind of "people" let him stay commissioner....they are no better than he is.

If we, as Tiger Netters are aware of all this, I am assured our AD and President, Board of Trustees are all aware of this. And they don't seem to care .....what gives???
