Just because I do not know where for sure but I know it's not here. Can some one please advise if there is anywhere on this site that I could make a general post. I have concert tickets we will no longer be able to attend due to FIL medical issues, is it on 'The Amphitheatre Board? Thanks in advance.

Secondary market site like Stubhub or Vivid Seats. Folks are gonna be a little cautious about sending money to an anonymous poster on a sports message board; especially one with only 6 posts all time. The ticket boards have an “other ads” section but I doubt too many people view that section.
