1. Require noter #### to join as a full member OR share 66-2/3 of their ginormous football TV contract with the other member institutions.

2. Add WVU as the 16th member.

The ACC( not Acc)doesn't have the power ,or the clout to make Notre Dame do anything.And I seriously doubt they have the guts to even try.
When Notre Dame joined the conference,it was Notre Dame that set the terms,not the ACC.
Notre Dame will stay in the ACC( not Acc)as long as it suits their needs,and any attempt to force them to join as a full member will not succeed.
And as a futher reminder of Notre Dame's power,and clout,if they want out,see if they have to pay anything to leave.
Regarding WVU,I seem to recall they have no interest in joining the ACC(not the Acc).

Back before they joined the Big 12, WVU was very interested in the ACC. FSU and Clemson supported them, but they were turned down.
