ACC adds Cal, Stanford, and SMU.

Adding these teams may save the ACC from dissolving if FSU and Clemson leave the conference, but where will they go? The time to exit has come and gone and SEC and B1G don’t want FSU or Clemson.
There are excited fans on the board, hopeful for an announcement that Clemson is joining the SEC. That’s not happening. At least not for 2024. Not until we pay hundreds of millions $$ to get out of the ACC contract and have a better paying conference to go to.
What we do know for 2024 is we can all look forward to watching our tigers kick-off at midnight ET on the West Coast.

Yea, the Chick-fil-a kickoff, which hosts non-conference matchups in Atlanta at the start of the season.

comes through. Adding Oregon and Washington will further bolster a deal that was already bigger than the SECs. Clemson is attractive bc the GSP market is the 15th largest TV market in the nation. Its only a matter of time. Expect an announcement before next football season. The lawyers are just trying to find a way out of the contract with the ACC.

I meant to put 35th. Is it 37th now? I remember reading up on it last summer but I guess it changed. I know for ESPN and ABC viewership is through the roof. Like top-5 or something like that for viewership specific to college football, unless thats changed too.
