Riley expectations/predictions quiz

Riley was by all accounts a slam dunk hire that many didn’t think Dabo had the melons to go and do. With that being said, IF Riley is who we think he is how long does he stay?
A) Has a stellar year this season and is one and done
B) Has a good year but no attractive jobs open up and he stays 2 years
C) He realizes being the highest paid OC in the country and living in the upstate isn’t half bad and stays 3+
D) He was a flash in the pan and struggles to get us back on track
My prediction is B. I think he will bounce when a good job appears but I think he’d like to soak up all the knowledge he can from Dabo before he begins his HC career. What you guys think?

I think he stays two years, unless we win it all this year.

If that happens, and a good destination job opens up, his stock really couldn't go any higher, and he would probably be gone.

My prediction is that he crushes it this season while Jimbo gets canned at A&M and they pay Riley $100M to extinguish their self inflicted dumpster fire

E) realizes Dabo is not smart enough to use the portal so enters the portal in the 2nd half

As long as we're having fun with this....

...considering we all know it's just a wild guess, I'll play.
1. Coots go 3-9 this year. They offer Riley an 8 year 100 million dollar contract, and he turns them down. 2. Gators go 3-9 this year. They offer Riley an 8 year 120 million dollar contract, and he turns them down. 3. Saban goes 8-4 and retires. They offer Dabo a 10 year 150 million dollar contract, and he turns them down. 4. Then, Bama offers Riley an 8 year 100 million dollar contract and he turns them down. 5. Then, Bama offers Smart a 10 year 200 million dollar contract and he accepts. 6. Then, UGA offers Riley a 10 year, 150 million dollar contract and he turn them down.
Hey, I'm just dreaming. But, I do like the 3-9, 3-9, 8-4 predictions. That would be a hoot!

We will go as far as our QB and WRs take us. Riley will stay 2-3 years and move on if he is successful in turning our offense around.

Most likely B, but hopefully it is at least C, if he accomplishes what I think he can with the talent he has at Clemson.

I think he’s a two year guy if all goes well. He’s still young and will be a hot commodity for a while. Might as well learn as much as possible from Dabo while you can.

I doubt a lot of people picked "D". Oops on us, maybe.

It will be interesting to see how Riley handles adversity. Remember, he is now on an embarrassing two game losing streak as well.

Yeah...two straight games where his offense scored 7 points...last night after about an 18 yd. drive.

I really don’t think Riley was calling the plays for the entire game last night. I hope Dabo gives him that play sheet and let’s him do his job. It seems Dabo thought he could just go with what we did last year and win the game. Waiting to use the new offense during the FSU game. I really hope Dabo did not do that last night but it appeared that was not the same offense TCU used last year. If that is the case the game got away from them and Riley will not be here long having his offense taking the blame. I think if you can put your foot on the gas and don’t let up until there is no doubt. Love the Tigers and always will!

Obviously the turnovers hurt and was hard to overcome as well.
