where I feel sorry for FSU and want them to win games.
Puntrooski pain is still there. That and some of the beat downs when Bobbie would not let up. OMG and that war chant used to bug me, though that went away.

Bret seems like a great guy and is always very honest about his team, but two things.
1) He’s an FSU fan but has more TU than me. Yes I am jealous/butt hurt about this.
2) I just cant feel sorry for FSU no matter how hard I try.

I feel for the guy, just not for FSU.
For the sake of the rivalry, I would like to see them get their act together though. We tend to prop each other up, and ACC football is infinitely more exciting when we're both good.
So....for the love of our football schedule get it together FSU!!! But, I do really enjoy beating them senseless...payback is fun.

Some facts that may make y'all hate FSU just a little bit less:
George Rogers won the Heisman in 1980. We didn't play them that year, but we did play them in 79 when he was a junior. Beat them 27-7 and shut him down. I was at that game.
FSU is 16-3 against them, including the last 7 in a row. Haven't played them since 2010, when we beat Spurrier.
Biggest beatdown was 59-0 in 1988.

I was at the 59-0 game in 1988. Got to high-five Sanders as he was coming off the field at halftime. I think he scored 2-3 TDs in that game.

A pretty good school history of being a winning program. They are in a great area for recruiting quality depth/talent. A good fan base who supports their school. I can see 1 or 2 bad years but 4 years now? There has to be something deep in the program thats going on. I understand the coaching while Willie was there wasnt great but The talent they still bring in should be enough to get them to win at least 7-8 games a year, especially in the ACC.
