From the images, my guess is:
- 1987-1996 - Ford F150 - White - Two-door - Possibly XL bed - Possible silver toolbox in bed

It looks like a reflection of the light above it.

I'm seeing a lot of talk about decals, but we can't rule out that it is just the reflection of light off the windshield.
Could it be a decal, yes, but it could also be nothing.

I thought that at first, but the color seems to solid to be a reflection, it differs from the other light reflections greatly, and it is perfectly centered and a proportionate shape
Just doesn't add up that it is simply a reflection

If they get caught, their lives and that of their families will be ruined. I don't care if its the last truck on Earth, they would be idiots to keep it.

Getting rid of the truck doesn't get rid of the people who know they had that truck or the trucks registration. Them getting rid of it would just be further evidence they did it

From the color photos the truck may have a halogen lit
Jun 20, 2013, 6:08 PM
|

license plate, plus halogen headlamps. Of course it could be color effects from a traffic cam and outside lights but there does seem to be an odd colored light source on the plate when the truck is turning plus the last photo coming toward the camera the headlights appear to be those newer obnoxious halogen-style instead of the yellower standard bulbs. The license plate could be a reflection of the halogen street lamp on the left off the wet road.
Overall though this is an encouraging start. There are Clemson people everywhere. The time for vigilance is upon us.

What I think you're seeing....

is called Chromatic Aberration. It's not uncommon with "cheap" lenses used in surveillance cameras. All those purple halos are a dead give away.

Sounds likely, but there are other lights in the picture

[ in reply to What I think you're seeing.... ] |

that show up more incandescent in color than others, and some distinctly more halogen/phosflourescent. Tough call. There are people that know this duo thought that will recognize this. It's just a matter of time.

Is it missing the front bumper?
Jun 20, 2013, 6:41 PM

Te bottom of the bumper on that model would be even with the bottom of the door. You can clearly see the ground under the headlights, where the bumper would be.

[ in reply to my guess is 1994.... the 1995 has different style mirrors ] |

To bad they don't search forums..... We're probably doing a better job then them - 1987-1996 (likely 94) - Ford F150 - White - Two-door - Possibly XL bed - Possible silver toolbox in bed - Large white decal in center of rear window - Black stripe horizontally across tailgate - Possible Trim on side
COPS GET IT DONE..... DO YOUR JOB.... SEARCH VEHICLE REGISTRATIONS....
