Inspector is due here in the next hour. Realtor called a little while ago and said he can't make it due to an injury from yesterday (probably hungover).
How much moonshine will it take for the inspector to overlook some key items?

Our realtor was there to let them in and stayed the entire time. I also showed up the last hour and had the inspector go over his findings and point out the problems he saw to me.

The guy took photos of the whole thing and included everything in his report, but had him show us any issues he found and asked questions. Fortunately, the house was in good shape.
