This guy has some serious speed and can sniff out screen passes. He got after it last night....and when a GT play looked like it could "go", #22 seemed to come out of nowhere to shut it down. Looks like on the backend our defense is very fast and should keep a lot of plays in front of them. IMO....that defensive unit looks pretty complete to me. Go Tigers!!

position pretty regularly, I forget who exactly. Defense looks good and was in their backfield the entire game, we just gotta get that QB down. That QB was pretty tough though.

The athleticism shown by the entire linebacking corps last night was impressive. Barret Carter (#0) and Trotter (54) were flying all over the field. Even the backups (Maguire, Bentley and Greene) looked to be more than capable of starting if need be.

The weak spot on the defense definitely appears to be cornerback. I think you will see Lukas on the field more and more as the season goes on.

The guy is a pro and to believe we offered him only after the other kid went to Oregon.

#6 has been a career back up and if one of the freshmen get ready, he will be back at back up.
