Just wanted an archive of my favorite plays from the Greatest team of all time:
Best tackle for loss: Tre Lamar vs Ga Tech (cause fumble+ scoop and score) Honorable mention —Jordan Williams tackles the handoff vs Furman
Best Sack: Xavier Thomas Plants Syracuse QB Dungie Honorable Mention- Travon Mullen cracks Tua
Best INT: AJ Terrell makes an early statement vs the Tide Honorable Mention: Christian Wilkins pulls one out of thin air vs Pitt and almost takes it to the house (or was it a fumble?)
Prettiest Catch: Renfrow skies vs Texas A&M Honorable mention- Tee Higgins TD vs Notre Dame Honorable mention- Justyn Ross sideline one-handed vs Alabama
Most acrobatic catch: Renfrow’s Spider-Man catch moves the chains and give Chase Bryce confidence vs Syracuse
Prettiest Run: Etienne house call on First play from scrimmage vs Pitt
Prettiest Throw: Trevor Lawrence hits Tee Higgins in stride for Clemson’s 2nd TD vs NC State. Honorable mention: Trevor Lawrence throws a strike to Tee Higgins to put Clemson up 14-7 early 1st quarter vs the Gamehens
Best Punt/Kick return: Amari Rogers houses one vs Boston College
Most Difficult Throw: Back-up QB Trevor Lawrence rolls left and throws laser to Renfrow for TD vs Georgia Tech and we all wonder if he’s the starter next week.
Most clutch offensive play: Chase Bryce vs Syracuse on 4th and 6
Most clutch defensive play: Mark Fields comes off the bench for 2 enormous PBU’s in the National Championship.
Best Kick: Huegel puts us on the board First vs Notre Dame with a tough long kick from the left hash Mark.
Best Block: QB Hunter Renfrow hands off to Lynn-J Dixon and then runs ahead to spring him for the long TD vs Wake Forrest.

This throw stuck with me all year

Amari didn't really have to break stride. The play by play guy could only say "Wow" and Brock Huard could just give a "hooo"

Super post. Only change I’d make is make it even between XT and TM on their sacks. Both awesome.

Great list. One of my favorite TFL plays was when Cle dropped Tua for a 7 yd loss on 4th and goal. It was beautiful!

I'll add K'Von Wallace vs ta&m, the forced fumble out of the end zone and the INT on the 2 pt conversion.

I've got a few that must be on this list...

Best TFL: 3-in-a-row TFLs on the goal line to end the Tide's chances
Best INT: Terrell against Cuse or Jalen Williams against NC St. That was a beautiful pick.
Prettiest catch: Ross sideline one-handed or Tee Higgins fingertips back of the end zone vs Alabama.
Most acrobatic catch: Ross one-handed (again) or Tee's bobbling catch against A&M.
Prettiest run: Etienne's run against Duke was a thing of beauty. Honorable mentions: how bout some love for the big boys? Wilkins and Big Dex rumbling for TD's was awesome.
Prettiest throw: Trevor's back-shoulder throw to Ross against Duke and Trevor's TD throw to Tee against Bama.
Most clutch offensive play: the entire OL vs Syracuse
Most clutch defensive play: definitely Wallace's forced fumble and INT against A&M. Those two plays saved the game.
Best kick: BT Potter's kickoffs all year long sailing out of the back of the end-zone. Also, Will Spiers' first punt against Bama that flipped the field.
Best block: Isaiah Simmons levels Jacques Patrick during Tre Lamar's INT return

That's a pretty solid list with a little Renfrow bias.
I would put his "prettiest catch" behind the other two listed.
I would put one of the o linemen or Garrett Williams for best block. They made hundreds of them in much bigger moments.
Most clutch plays had to come from Syracuse or A&M games because they were only ones that were close. Only argument from other games would be Terrell pick 6 to start Bama game which could be argued changed the entire game.
Prettiest throw: Lawrence to Higgins in national championship. I'm not sure there was a better throw and catch made in college football this season.

Tee's catch against Notre Dame was pretty darn acrobatic.

Most clutch special teams play

Nyles Pinkney breaks a double team block and Clemson stuffs the Alabama fake field goal attempt in the 3rd quarter and we see the same sad girl from the last NC (she is kinda cute though rite?). 3 plays later, it's a 21 point lead.

Great list, but runs aren't supposed to be pretty

The award should be for "Smash Mouth-inest Run" and I nominate ETN against Alabama immediately following Tee's huge catch. Him running through weak Alabama arm tackles brought a tear to my eye.

Admirable list, but way too short. Plus, great plays over the last 10 years are TNTC.
