And congratulations to Duke for making their first. I would love to have Duke's staff. We've had equal, or better talent than Duke. But talent takes development.

Im not ready to Poo-poo Rittman yet. I think there was some dynamic this year that sent this team into a spiral. I almost think the immediate praise on Knowler set all the Seniors in a negative mindset. Then we lost her due to her father and with her loss Cagle got Mono at the same time. Our season started strong but it just lost the inspiration this team played with previous years and never regained.

Rittman will show his worth in the next season as it a big rebuild year. If we are still competitive then I feel good about Rittman.

As much as I’d like that to be true it isn’t. There were certainly some dynamics at play but it wasn’t Knowler (and Val didn’t have mono).
