For those of you going to SB parties who............

might be driving and need a good Session beer. Here are two good choices.
Founders All Day IPA
The beer you’ve been waiting for. Keeps your taste satisfied while keeping your senses sharp. An all-day IPA naturally brewed with a complex array of malts, grains and hops. Balanced for optimal aromatics and a clean finish. The perfect reward for an honest day’s work and the ultimate companion to celebrate life’s simple pleasures. 4.7% abv
Evil Twin Bikini Beer
Named after atom bomb test grounds, designed by a French car engineer - the bikini was to many a disturbing and degrading creation but fortunately for others a symbol of emancipation. This is attractively light bodied, seductively well balanced and very drinkable Bikini Beer is anything but a sissy beer. 2.7% abv

Wife has MBA class and most of my friends are going over to another friends house that is too darn far to drive to.

How much are you paying for the growlers?

The store I've stopped at on the way home (OTP ATL), it's $18-$22 for 64oz of things I don't mind drinking.
Or...I can go to the store and get a sixer of the same stuff (6 x 12oz = 72oz) for $14.
I guess I'm paying for the novelty of it? Otherwise I'm not sure how these guys plan to stay in business, other than counting on people who can't do math...

prefer beer off tap. And as you said the novelty of it.
Odd how some brews taste better in a bottle. Had a Two Hearted yesterday off tap. I prefer the bottle.

I am paying 18, but it tastes much better out of the growler. I get it from The Meat House here in Raleigh. Saw that there was one in Charlotte as well when I was there last week.

just not something I regularly think about. And, I guess it's no different than me saying "Hey, it was only $5 for that beer with dinner? That's not too bad!" when I'm out and about.

My wife and I said that when we got the check last night. When we drink 50+ bucks. When we don't, it's 25-30.
I have no issue paying 10 a piece at a concert either. Ha ha!
