His teams have gone to the Sweet 16 three times, including as a No. 1 seed in 2005 and a No. 11 seed in 2010.

Unfortunately, the squad hasn't made the NCAA tournament in the last six seasons, failing to reach 20 wins in each of the last five. The 22 losses this season tied for the most in school history.

The Huskies finished the 2016-17 season just 9-22 overall and 2-16 in the Pac-12. This is despite having Markelle Fultz on the roster. DraftExpress projects the freshman guard to be the No. 1 overall pick in the 2017 NBA draft.

I see miami and florida state in the top 16 team on this list, both considered to be "football schools".

Then I see auburn and many others as well that I would never predicted to in the top 25 in recruiting based on their "football school" image, and here we are nowhere near anybody's top 25 in recruiting because we have no guidance and no coach who really knows Xs and Os and can recruit.

This is crazy, Radakovich!

maybe it's not all recruiting.

And maybe Auburn has a class full of the type of great players that Purnell pulled together when he got 5-star Milton Jennings along with 3-4 other 4-star guys that one year.

Not defending Brownlee at all. Just saying that these recruiting rankings may be a bit deceiving.
