This inside linebacker's strengths are not in man coverage and that could be seen in one-on-one drills, but like the last time we saw him he was much more productive and looked more comfortable 7-on-7 and displays more potential as a zone coverage defender."
Dawson racked up 123 tackles, 6 for loss, 6 sacks and an interception returned for 85 yards last year. As a sophomore, he had 125 tackles and 6 interceptions. He is in his 4th year as a starter for his high school team.
