Clemson has offered 4-star 2019 cornerback Cam'Ron Kelly from Chesapeake, VA (Oscar Smith) on Friday according to his Twitter account.

Kelly has national offers from Auburn, Clemson, Central Florida, Coastal Carolina, Duke, Florida State, Georgia Tech, Maryland, Michigan, Missouri, North Carolina State, Old Dominion, Penn State, Syracuse, Temple, Tennessee, UCF, Virginia, Virginia Tech, West Virginia, and others.

According to the 247 recruiting service, Kelly is the No. 11 cornerback in the nation for the 2019 cycle.
