Former Clemson WR re-signs with Cardinals |
The Arizona Cardinals announced on Monday that they have re-signed former Clemson wide receiver
Jaron Brown and safeties D.J. Swearinger and Tony Jefferson to one-year contracts.
The Cardinals had tendered a contract of $1.671 million to Brown in a previous report. In 2015, Brown had 11 catches for 144 yards (13.1 average) and a touchdown. In three seasons with the Cardinals, he caught 44 passes for 513 yards and four touchdowns and he has also been a key member of their specials teams with 19 total tackles. Brown was undrafted by the Cardinals back in 2013 but made the team with an impressive display in rookie camp.
