Former Clemson cornerback Mackensie Alexander thanks all his friends and family for their support on Day 1 of the NFL Draft on Thursday night.
"Thank you for coming," Alexander said. "It’s a good thing, I didn’t go in the first round but now I’m going to play three years and get that big contract. It is what it is. It’s time to prove people wrong. They took five corners before me. "I’m not upset, I’m not mad. Everyone wants to go in the first round." "Adversity is good. It’s another opportunity to prove people wrong."
