my first memories of clemson were of the 1982 orange bowl. i went to my grandparents to watch the game with them and my family( i was 4 years old ). i made my parents buy me a orange tobogan earlier that week. those are some of my 1st memories. i watch david treadwell beat ga on tv, and listned jim the real voice of the tigers, jim phillips, call games on the radio. i remember david treadwell kicking a game and acc championship kick over unc. i cried after the fumble rooskie vs fsu in '88 ( i was 10 ). i still have the newspaper clipping from the "resignation" of danny ford. my brother brought me to my 1st game in 1990 i believe vs the citadel. i have been to a least one game a year or more ever since. my heart was broken by kellen campbell in the 9th game of 2000( i was seated on the 10 yard line and watch crutchfield slip in front of my eyes.i believed woody dantzler was a god, until cj spiller came along. i scratched my head at all the , what the ? was that under coach bowden( he was still a good man). clemson has been apart of my life for as long as i can remember. that is my clemson life story.
