Taylor Tremel

Named to All-Dixie team by SuperPrep…named to Super 75 team in Florida and ranked as the second best center in the state by Florida Times Union…all-country selection…captain of the Lake Mary team his senior year…led team to state playoffs each of his last three years…has considerable strength, he can already squat lift 480 pounds… played for Greg Stanton at Lake Mary High School…chose Clemson over South Carolina and Southern Miss….born Michael Taylor Tremel on August 18, 1985.

Quoting Tremel: “Coach Swinney is a really good guy, and a lot of the schools that were recruiting me didn’t further the relationship like he did. He’s an easy guy to talk to. When I went up to visit them after they offered me a scholarship, I related to their program and the way it’s working. I liked Coach West the o-line coach. The facilities are great, and it’s a beautiful place up there. It would just be dumb for me not to commit to Clemson.”
